Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Love Club Loyalty Program (the “Program”) offered by Parlour Beautique, Western Australia. By signing up to the Program via our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are residents of Australia.
Participants must register through our official website to become a Love Club member.
Membership is free and is limited to one account per individual.
2. How the Program Works
Upon sign-up Members are eligible for a free welcome brow wax at the Currambine salon only, which will be sent upon sign up via email. This is a one time offer and is valid for 30 days from sign up. Members are also eligible for discounts, exclusive treatments or special member-only offers as outlined in promotional material in ad hoc and monthly emails.

Benefits may vary depending on membership activity and are subject to change.
Updated 6 June 2025- Points will no longer be accumulated. All existing members points will be honoured and will expire 12 months from the date of accrual.
4. Changes to the Program
Parlour Beautique reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, without prior notice.
Change the terms and conditions, including how points are earned or redeemed, provided changes do not contravene consumer protections under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Any major changes will be communicated via email or published on our website.
5. Privacy and Data Use
By signing up, you agree to receive marketing communications related to the Program and Parlour Beautique.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable Western Australian privacy laws.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via email to parlourbeautique@live.com.au, but doing so may limit access to certain Program benefits.
6. Cancellation or Suspension of Membership
Parlour Beautique reserves the right to suspend or cancel your membership if:
You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected.
There is misuse of loyalty points or promotional offers.
Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting us via email.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
Parlour Beautique is not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of your participation in the Program, except to the extent required by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
